Grizzly Rage is a Canadian horror film directed by David DeCoteau. The movie revolves around four teenagers – Josh, Wes, Sean, and Alicia – who go to a remote forest to celebrate their graduation. During their camping trip, they accidentally kill a bear cub while joyriding on their ATV. The mother of the cub, a massive Grizzly, witnesses the incident and becomes enraged.
From that moment on, the teens become the target of the Grizzly's wrath. The animal starts to hunt them down one by one, and no matter what they do, they cannot seem to shake it off their trail. They try to defend themselves using anything they can find, including knives and guns, but the Grizzly seems to be invincible.
As the Grizzly picks off the teens one by one, their relationships with each other begin to fray. Secrets are revealed, and trust is broken, adding to the tension and dread. Eventually, the Grizzly corners the last remaining teen, and they have to fight for their life in a final showdown.
Grizzly Rage is a low-budget horror film with a simple plot, but its suspenseful pacing and gruesome kills deliver a fun horror experience. The movie portrays the Grizzly as a relentless, unstoppable force of nature, making it a unique and frightening antagonist.
