Greedy is a 1994 comedy film starring Michael J. Fox, Kirk Douglas, Nancy Travis, and Ed Begley Jr. The movie follows the McTeague family, who are all eagerly waiting for their wealthy Uncle Joe McTeague to pass away so they can inherit his massive fortune. They consist of Uncle Joe's nephew, Daniel (Fox), his greedy wife Robin (Travis), his money-hungry mother Lillian (Anne Douglas), his cheating cousin Cynthia (Olivia d'Abo), and her sleazy husband, Frank (Begley Jr.).
As the family plots and schemes to get their hands on Uncle Joe's money, the old man suddenly announces that he has found a new lease on life and is planning to spend all his money on himself. This news shocks and infuriates the family members, who decide to ramp up their efforts to ensure they still get their share of Uncle Joe's fortune.
Despite their efforts, Uncle Joe outwits and outmaneuvers his scheming relatives, leaving them with nothing to show for their greedy behavior. In the end, the family learns a lesson about the true value of family and relationships over money and possessions.
