The internet broadcaster, Ha-Joon, recruits six people to join him in exploring Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital. The group includes a former soldier, a YouTuber, a student, and a psychic medium. Ha-Joon and his team set up camp in the hospital and begin to investigate the various rooms and corridors.
As they explore the spooky asylum, they encounter strange phenomena and unsettling visions. They discover that the hospital was closed down after a series of bizarre deaths and unexplained disappearances. Despite the danger, they continue to push deeper into the building, determined to uncover the truth.
As the night wears on, the team becomes increasingly fragmented and paranoid. One by one, they are plagued by terrifying visions and ghostly encounters. They begin to suspect that there is something evil lurking within the hospital, something that is determined to claim their lives.
