Gone is a drama film directed by Uche Aguh and released in 2021. The film follows the story of Ani, a young Nigerian boxer who flees his home country in search of a better future in the United States. Once he arrives in New York, Ani struggles to make a living and is forced to work odd jobs and participate in illegal fights to make ends meet.

Despite his hardships, Ani becomes a successful boxer and rises up the ranks of the professional boxing world. However, his success comes at a personal cost as he loses touch with his family and culture. After years of being away, Ani decides to return to Nigeria to reconnect with his roots and make amends with his loved ones.

Upon his return, Ani is shocked to find that his old life has drastically changed. His family has moved on and the once vibrant community he left behind has become a desolate ghost town. Through his journey, Ani must confront the effects of his decisions and come to terms with the consequences of leaving everything behind.

Gone stars Okechukwu Uzoaru as Ani and features a supporting cast including Nkem Owoh, Williemson Innocent, and Kayode Olaiya. The film has received critical acclaim for its emotional themes, nuanced storytelling, and powerful performances.
