In Godzilla: Final Wars, the Xilians arrive on Earth and deceive humanity into thinking that they have come to help save the planet from the monsters that are threatening to destroy it. However, it is soon revealed that the Xilians are the ones controlling the monsters and have unleashed them on major cities around the world.
The Earth Defense Force, a multinational military organization devoted to protecting the planet from monsters, is initially powerless against the massive wave of destruction. However, they soon discover that the Xilians have captured and imprisoned Godzilla, the King of the Monsters, and other powerful kaiju, in order to prevent them from intervening.
With the help of a rogue alien race called the Nebulans, the Earth Defense Force is able to rescue Godzilla and unleash him on the other monsters and the Xilians. The ensuing battles are epic and intense, with multiple kaiju fighting in cities all around the world.
Ultimately, Godzilla is able to defeat both the monsters and the Xilians, saving the world from destruction. The movie ends with the hope that humanity will be able to coexist peacefully with the kaiju in the future.
