Mason, a laid-back truck driver, is on his way to deliver a shipment when he comes across Rosco, a young hitchhiker. Mason agrees to give Rosco a ride, and they hit it off on their journey. However, things take a turn when they are pulled over by the police and wrongly accused of robbing a bank.
Determined to clear their names, Mason and Rosco flee from the authorities and go on the run. As they try to evade the police, they find themselves in a series of comical situations that only seem to make their situation worse.
