"Passion of the Crust" picks up where the first "Gingerdead Man" film left off, with the Frankenstein-like resurrection of the titular cookie killer. But this time, the setting has shifted from a bakery to a low-budget movie studio.

The studio is owned by a young man named Kelvin Cheatum (played by K-von Moezzi), who has recently inherited it from his father. Kelvin has big dreams of turning the studio into a hub of independent cinema, but everything is thrown off course when the Gingerdead Man shows up on set.

The cast and crew of a cheesy horror movie called "Troll 2: The Squeakquel" become the Gingerdead Man's unwitting victims as he goes on a killing spree. But Kelvin and his friends, including aspiring actress Cherry (played by Kelsey Zukowski) and a young boy named Tyler (played by Jonathon Portier) who is terminally ill with cancer, aren't willing to go down without a fight.

As the Gingerdead Man picks off the hapless actors and filmmakers one by one, Kelvin and his friends hatch a plan to take him out once and for all. But is it too late to stop the baked goods-based terror?

The film is a mix of horror and comedy, with plenty of gory kills and tongue-in-cheek humor. It's directed by Silvia St. Croix and written by Muffy Bolding, and boasts a cast of up-and-coming actors playing both human characters and puppets (including the Tiny Terrors mentioned in the synopsis).
