Determined to win a bet, Tulsa puts all their savings on the line when he bets that his friend Dynamite can seduce the incredibly beautiful but untouchable cabaret dancer Lili. However, when Dynamite is transferred to Alaska, Tulsa must step up and take his place in the bet.
As Tulsa works to win the bet and save their savings, he finds himself developing feelings for Lili and becoming more and more entangled in her complicated life. Through music, comedy, and romance, G.I. Blues tells the story of a young man's dreams and the power of love to change his life.
