The movie Ghost Mask: Scar is a psychological thriller that centers around Miyu's search for her missing sister in Seoul, Korea. Miyu is a young woman who leaves Japan to study in Korea and tries to find her older sister who has been missing for two years. Her search leads her to Hana, a famous plastic surgeon who reminds her of her missing sister.

Hana lives with her lover Hyoshin, who becomes increasingly jealous of Miyu's presence in their lives. Miyu begins to suspect that Hana is actually her missing sister and confronts her about it. However, Hyoshin witnesses their conversation and becomes enraged with jealousy, killing Hana in a fit of rage.

Hyoshin then turns his attention to Miyu and tries to kill her too. In the process, Miyu realizes that Hyoshin is actually her missing sister who underwent plastic surgery to change her face. The revelation is shocking, but it also gives Miyu hope that she may be able to save her sister.

Unfortunately, their reunion is cut short as Hana, realizing that Miyu values her sister more than anything else, stabs herself with a knife. Miyu survives the attack, but is left with a scar across her face as a reminder of the events that unfolded.
