In the film Ghost Machine, two tech-savvy soldiers named Tom and Vic acquire a top-secret military software program, known as "Project Archangel," that has the ability to upload soldiers' consciousness and memories into robotic bodies for combat purposes. However, when they accidentally activate the program, something goes terribly wrong as they unknowingly release a vengeful spirit that has been trapped inside.
As they explore the program, strange and deadly occurrences begin to happen, with the spirit wreaking havoc and possessing various machines and weapons. Tom and Vic must team up with a specialist in paranormal activity, Jess, to try and stop the spirit before it takes over the entire system and spreads to the outside world.
As they work to solve the mystery behind the spirit's malevolent intentions and find a way to defeat it, the team faces numerous challenges, including their own personal demons and the dangerous nature of the technology they are dealing with. With time running out, they must use their unique set of skills to save themselves and prevent the ghost machine from destroying everything they hold dear.
