The film begins with a mysterious princess from the Himalayan country of Selgina arriving in Japan, warning of the imminent arrival of an extraterrestrial monster known as Ghidorah. She claims to be possessed by the spirit of the Venusian prophetess, who warns of the destruction that will follow Ghidorah's arrival. Meanwhile, Rodan and Mothra make their presence known as they engage in a destructive battle over Japan.
As the princess continues to warn of Ghidorah's arrival, Godzilla emerges from the ocean and begins wreaking havoc on Tokyo. However, after a series of events, the three monsters agree to put aside their differences and work together to defeat the common enemy.
When Ghidorah finally arrives, the three monsters engage in an epic battle, with Godzilla and Rodan using their brute strength and Mothra using her abilities to create a powerful windstorm. The battle is intense and destructive, with the fate of humanity hanging in the balance.
In the end, the three monsters are able to defeat Ghidorah and save the planet. The princess returns to Selgina, having fulfilled her prophetic mission, while the monsters return to their respective homes, with the memory of their unlikely alliance fresh in their minds.
