The team of secret agent animals consists of Darwin, the leader of the group and a highly intelligent guinea pig, Juarez, a tough and determined female guinea pig, Blaster, a loud and energetic guinea pig with a love for gadgets and weapons, Speckles, a tech-savvy mole who provides intel for the team, and Mooch, a reconnaissance fly.
Working under the command of Ben Kendall, a human FBI agent, the team is tasked with stopping Leonard Saber, a wealthy businessman who plans to use a new brand of household appliances to create a worldwide army capable of destroying civilization.
However, when the team's unorthodox methods and use of costly technology come under scrutiny, they are shut down by the government and sent to a pet shop. There, they must adapt to their new environment and find a way to escape in order to stop Saber before it's too late.
With the help of a chubby hamster named Bucky, the team manages to break out of the pet shop and continue their mission. They track down Saber to his headquarters, a massive appliance factory, and engage in a climactic battle to prevent his plan from coming to fruition.
In the end, the team's bravery and resourcefulness ensure that the world is saved, and they are welcomed back into the fold of the US government as bona fide heroes.
