Funny Pages follows the story of 17-year-old cartoonist, Jack, who lives in a comfortable suburban neighborhood with his loving family. Despite his privileged upbringing and promising future, Jack feels unfulfilled and disconnected. He finds himself yearning for a deeper and more meaningful existence.
Jack decides to leave his comfortable life behind and embark on a journey of self-discovery. He moves to a gritty city and begins to write and publish his own underground comic book. Along the way, he meets a group of like-minded artists who share his desire for authenticity and creative freedom.
As Jack's comic book gains popularity, it attracts the attention of a larger publisher who offers to distribute it on a national level. Jack is thrilled with the success of his work, but he soon realizes that his desire for fame and recognition has led him astray. He is forced to confront the consequences of his actions and reconcile with his family and former life.
