The mysterious prisoner that the Elric brothers are trying to track down is a man named Melvin Voyager, who is wanted for stealing valuable research data from the Amestris military. In their pursuit of Voyager, the brothers are confronted by members of a rebel group in Milos Valley, who are fighting against the oppressive rule of the Cretan government.
As the brothers delve deeper into the conflict in Milos Valley, they discover that Voyager was actually working with the rebel group, and that he had stolen the research data in order to uncover a conspiracy involving the Cretan military and a powerful alchemical artifact known as the "Sacred Star of Milos."
With the help of Julia and the rebel group, the Elric brothers are able to uncover the truth behind the conspiracy and prevent the Sacred Star of Milos from falling into the wrong hands. Along the way, they also confront their own personal demons and come to a greater understanding of the true nature of alchemy and its place in the world.
