Fugitive at 17 is a thriller movie that follows the life of Holly Hamilton, a high school student who is accused of murdering her best friend, Blake. Despite being innocent, the evidence found at the crime scene points towards her, and the police start to hound her.
Faced with the accusation, Holly decides to go into hiding and use her computer-hacking skills to find the real killer. Along the way, she teams up with a street-smart kid named Bo and works on cracking the encrypted files that Blake kept before her death.
