Seth and Richard Gecko are not just ordinary bank robbers - they are also violent criminals on the run from both law enforcement and the wrath of a Houston crime lord named Carlos. The brothers happen upon a former minister, Jacob Fuller, and his two children, Kate and Scott, whom they take hostage to escape the country.
During the journey, the group stops at a seedy strip club called the Titty Twister, where they must wait until dawn to meet their contact. However, they soon discover that the club is run by a band of vampires who prey on the patrons. In a fight for survival, Seth and Richard join forces with Jacob, Kate, and a biker named Sex Machine to fend off the vampire horde.
As the night wears on, the group realizes that the vampires are virtually unstoppable and that they must formulate a plan to escape before they become the creatures' next meal. Matters are further complicated when Richie, who suffers from a twisted sexual obsession, begins to lose his grip on reality, putting everyone at risk.
In the end, the survivors manage to destroy most of the vampires and escape the club, but not before suffering significant losses. The film concludes with Seth and Kate riding off into the sunrise, leaving the horrors of the Titty Twister behind them.
