As the counselors begin to settle in and get ready for the summer camp season, mysterious occurrences start happening around the camp. Ginny becomes increasingly suspicious and begins to uncover the truth about the legend of Jason Voorhees. She learns that he is still alive and seeking revenge for the death of his mother.
One by one, the counselors are stalked and brutally murdered by Jason, who wears a burlap sack over his head as a makeshift mask. Ginny realizes that she must come up with a plan to outsmart Jason and stop him before he kills again.
In a climactic showdown, Ginny faces off against Jason in a final battle for survival. Using her knowledge of psychology, Ginny tries to outwit Jason and use his own twisted mind against him. In a tense and terrifying conclusion, Ginny must fight for her life as she comes face to face with the masked killer in a fight to the death.
