As the day of the robbery approaches, Antoine becomes more and more suspicious of Jane's motives but remains conflicted due to his love for her.

On the day of the robbery, the gang successfully breaks into the store and confronts Antoine, who is working late. However, Antoine manages to foil their plans by tricking them into dropping their guns and then locking them in the store's safe. Antoine then takes the money intended for the robbery and runs away with Jane.
