Frantic is a 1988 American-French mystery thriller film directed by Roman Polanski and starring Harrison Ford and Emmanuelle Seigner. The film follows the story of Dr. Richard Walker (Ford) and his wife Sondra (Seigner), who are in Paris attending a medical conference. One night, after returning to their hotel, Sondra suddenly disappears without a trace. Dr. Walker embarks on a frantic search for her, but the French police seem apathetic to his plight.
