The setting of the movie is a dystopian future where global warming has caused widespread disruption of the world's food supply chain resulting in social and economic unrest across countries. The story focuses on Indonesia, which is one of the last remaining countries with fertile land and resources to feed its population. In this backdrop, a rogue political party takes over the government and begins a genocidal campaign ethnic cleansing of millions of people.
The plot revolves around six former Marines, Ethan (Oka Antara), Samantha (Julie Estelle), Lieutenant Arman (Verdi Solaiman), Budi (Edward Akbar), Gunner (Chicco Jerikho), and Random (Mike Lewis). They reunite years after leaving the military on a mission to save millions of lives condemned by the rogue party. Along the way, they cross paths with an enigmatic hacker, Ara (Rio Dewanto), who helps them gather intelligence and access vital resources.
