Angie is a young woman who moves to a new city to start her life anew. She finds a beautiful apartment in a "no pets allowed" building, but soon discovers that it comes with an unexpected guest: a parrot named Charlie. Angie has no idea where the bird came from or who it belongs to, but she knows that she cannot keep it in her apartment.
