The movie Flirting, directed by John Duigan, is a coming-of-age story about Danny Embling, a shy and introverted teenager who struggles to fit in with his peers. Thandiwe also has to deal with racism and prejudice from some of the other students, who view her as an outsider and a threat to their way of life.
Despite these challenges, Danny and Thandiwe manage to form a strong connection, and they ultimately inspire each other to pursue their dreams and defy the expectations of those around them. The movie is a touching and thought-provoking exploration of first love, adolescence, and the complexities of identity and belonging in a rapidly changing world.
