The movie Fled was released in 1996 and starred Laurence Fishburne as Piper and Stephen Baldwin as Dodge. The film begins with Piper and Dodge being chained together and sent to work on a roadside cleanup crew. As they are working, they witness a drug bust and gunfire breaks out, causing chaos and confusion.

In the aftermath of the shootout, a corrupt DEA agent named Corrigan appears to be in on the theft of $5 million from the DEA. Piper and Dodge realize that they are in serious danger and flee the scene. They soon find themselves on the run from both the DEA and the Mafia, who are all after the stolen money.

As they try to make their way to Atlanta, Piper and Dodge encounter a variety of obstacles and challenges. Along the way, they meet a woman named Charles who offers to help them. Together, the trio must fight off their pursuers and stay one step ahead of the law if they hope to survive.

Throughout the movie, Piper and Dodge struggle to get along due to their very different personalities. Piper is a tough, no-nonsense ex-con who doesn't trust anyone, while Dodge is a nerdy computer hacker who is more interested in getting his hands on the stolen files than in staying alive. Despite their differences, they must learn to work together if they hope to make it out of their dangerous situation alive.

Fled was directed by Kevin Hooks and received mixed reviews from critics. However, it has gained a cult following over the years due to its entertaining action scenes and the chemistry between Fishburne and Baldwin.
