Fixing Pete is a romantic comedy movie released in 2011, directed by Michael Scott. The movie follows the character of Ashley, played by Brooke Burns, who is a journalist for a TV show where she does makeovers. Her boss offers her the dream job of being the editor of a new fashion supplement, but with one condition, she has to do a makeover on a sports writer named Pete, played by Dylan Bruno.

Pete is a loudmouthed and sexist slob who leaves a trail of destruction in his wake. Ashley is reluctant to take on his transformation, but her boss makes it clear that it's non-negotiable if she wants the job. As she starts working on him, she soon figures out that beneath all the rough exterior lies a charming and intelligent man. As the two spend more time together, they form an unlikely bond, and Ashley's initial disgust for him turns into an attraction.

Pete, who at first, only agreed to the makeover for the sake of his job, starts to see things differently as he begins to like the new groomed version of himself. As their relationship blossoms, the two face challenges that threaten to tear them apart. However, with determination and a little help from their friends, they overcome all obstacles and confess their love towards each other.

The movie Fixing Pete is a heart-warming and entertaining movie that shows that sometimes, love can happen in the most unexpected places and between the most unlikely of people. The chemistry between the lead characters is fantastic, and their transformation throughout the story is inspiring.
