On the men's side, 2021 Fittest Man on Earth Justin Medeiros works to defend his title against determined competitors, including Roman Khrennikov, a multi-year qualifier who had not yet competed at the Games, and Ricky Garard, who has returned from a four-year ban for violating CrossFit's drug policy.
