In Fist of Fury 1991, Stephen Chow plays Sing, a naive and enthusiastic young man who arrives in Hong Kong searching for his missing cousin. He soon gets involved with a charming local girl named Siu, played by Sharla Cheung, who introduces him to the world of kung fu and the underground fighting scene.

Together with Siu and her friends, Sing participates in various kung fu schools and contests, hoping to win the grand prize of $10 million dollars. Along the way, he encounters a variety of eccentric and colorful characters, including a flamboyant drag queen who teaches him how to fight in high heels.

As Sing becomes more confident in his martial arts skills, he also starts to uncover the truth behind his cousin's disappearance and the corrupt forces behind the fighting competition. With his new friends by his side, Sing must fight to protect his honor, his loved ones, and his own life.
