Kendall has always loved her hometown of Mystic Bay, but after becoming a successful restaurant designer in the city, she's rarely been back. So when she returns for the annual Big Catch Festival, she's excited to reconnect with her old friends and see what's changed in the town she loves.
But Kendall quickly realizes that things in Mystic Bay are not quite as she remembered.
