Final Exam

Horror  United States of America

Final Exam is a horror film that was released in 1981 and directed by Jimmy Huston. The story is set in a quiet college in North Carolina, where a group of students are preparing to take their final exams. As the campus begins to clear out for winter break, only a few students remain behind to complete their mid-term exams.

As the night wears on, a killer begins to stalk the campus, picking off students one by one. The killer is armed with a hunting knife and wears a mask to conceal their identity. The remaining students band together to try and survive the night, doing their best to outsmart the killer and stay alive until the morning.

The film features a cast of relatively unknown actors, including Cecile Bagdadi, Joel S. Rice, and Ralph Brown. Final Exam received mixed reviews upon its release, with many critics praising the film's suspenseful atmosphere and tense action sequences, while others criticized its lack of character development and thin plot.

Despite its mixed reception, Final Exam has gone on to become a cult classic among horror fans, thanks in part to its chilling portrayal of a campus under siege by a deadly killer. The film's eerie soundtrack and haunting imagery help to create a sense of dread that stays with viewers long after the credits roll.
