Scorpion, played by Meiko Kaji, continues to be on the run from the police and is aided by her prostitute friend, who helps disguise her in men's clothing to avoid detection. However, when a group of gangsters come to the brothel looking for her, Scorpion is forced to fight them off and make a dramatic escape.
As Scorpion continues to evade the police, she is haunted by flashbacks of her imprisonment and torture by the corrupt officials. She is also trailed by a mysterious man in a white suit who seems to have his own agenda in regards to her.
Scorpion eventually meets up with a group of activists fighting against the government's oppression and agrees to assist them. However, when they are betrayed by one of their own, Scorpion is once again on the run and must fight for her survival.
The film is famous for its striking visual style and inventive use of violence, with Scorpion using her expertise in martial arts to take down her enemies. It also features a memorable score by composer Toshiaki Tsushima.
