After Heaven and Earth successfully eliminate the Yin-Yang brotherhood, they become feared throughout the martial arts world for their ruthless tactics. Meanwhile, the only surviving member of the Yin-Yang brotherhood, Shing Lung, seeks revenge for his fallen comrades and sets out to challenge Heaven and Earth.
As Shing Lung trains and prepares for the final showdown, he learns more about Heaven and Earth's dark past and their connections to a powerful underground criminal organization. Along the way, Shing Lung encounters various allies and enemies, each with their own motives and agendas.
The climax of the movie sees Shing Lung facing off against Heaven and Earth in an epic kung-fu battle that will determine the fate of the martial arts world.
