Fatman is a dark comedy thriller movie that was released in 2020. The movie centers around Chris Cringle, who is played by Mel Gibson, a rowdy and unorthodox Santa Claus who is struggling to keep his declining business afloat. In an effort to stay afloat, Chris even enters into a contract with the US military to manufacture parts for their weapons.

Meanwhile, Billy Wenan, who is played by Chance Hurstfield, is a precocious and neglected 12 year old boy who is disappointed to receive a lump of coal in his stocking. Billy comes from a wealthy family, but he is often ignored by his parents and is left alone with his nanny (who he hates).

Feeling angry and bitter towards Santa, Billy hires a hit man named Jonathan Miller, who is played by Walton Goggins, to kill Santa as revenge for receiving the lump of coal. However, Miller is a psychotic killer who takes pleasure in his job, and he decides to make things personal by targeting both Santa and Billy.

The movie follows the story of Chris as he fights to save his business, while also dealing with the threat of being killed by Miller. There are some surprising twists and turns, and the movie ultimately ends on a note of redemption and hope.

Fatman is a unique and unconventional take on Christmas movies, and it offers a darker and more adult-themed perspective on the holiday season. The performances by the lead actors are excellent, and the movie manages to balance its darker themes with some moments of dark humor.
