Heather, a grieving mother, is shocked when she learns that her daughter, Lily, who disappeared years ago, is actually alive. But her relief soon turns to horror when she discovers that Lily has joined a sinister cult called the Followers. The Followers are a group of people who believe that they are a chosen few, and that they are destined to cleanse the world of sinners through brutal means.
Determined to rescue her daughter, Heather begins to investigate the cult and its leaders. She discovers that the Followers are led by a charismatic man known as the Prophet, who promises his followers eternal life and endless happiness. But as Heather delves deeper into the organization, she realizes that Lily may be in grave danger.
With the help of a private investigator, Heather races against time to save her daughter from the clutches of the cult.
