Jack Carver is a lone, self-sufficient man who operates his own boat charter business in the South Pacific. He stumbles upon a woman named Valerie Cardinal who is seeking transportation to a remote island where her uncle Max, a scientist, is working on a top-secret project for the military. After a tense initial meeting, Jack agrees to take Valerie to the island.
Upon arrival, they are ambushed by a group of mercenaries who take Valerie captive. Jack narrowly escapes and seeks refuge with a local woman named Kade, who is familiar with the island and its secrets. Together, they begin to uncover the truth behind the military complex on the island, which is being led by the enigmatic Doctor Kr端ger.
As Jack attempts to rescue Valerie and foil Kr端ger's plans of creating genetically-enhanced soldiers, he must use his cunning and combat skills to survive against the heavily-armed mercenaries that stand in his way. Along the way, he teams up with a rogue mercenary named Emilio who has his own reasons for taking down Kr端ger.
As the stakes get higher and the body count rises, Jack and his allies must fight to bring down the military complex and put a stop to Kr端ger's dangerous experiments before it's too late.
