Family Blood is a horror-thriller movie that follows the story of Ellie, a recovering drug addict who is trying to move on from her past mistakes. She has recently relocated to a new city with her two teenage children to start a new chapter of her life, but staying sober becomes more difficult than she ever imagined.
Ellie is determined to turn her life around by finding a stable job and attending regular Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings. However, fate has other plans for her when she meets Christopher, a different kind of addict. Christopher is a vampire who uses heroin to numb his insatiable thirst for blood. He becomes obsessed with Ellie and sees her as the perfect addition to his twisted family.
As Ellie struggles to keep her addiction in check, Christopher introduces her to a new world of blood and darkness. Her children, especially her daughter, start to worry about her wellbeing and feel that their mother is slipping away from them. In a desperate attempt to save her mother, Ellie’s daughter makes a deal with Christopher, which leads to a shocking chain of events.
