Falling for Christmas follows the story of spoiled hotel heiress, Sydney (played by Leah Pipes), who is engaged to a wealthy businessman. While skiing in the mountains, Sydney has a terrible accident and wakes up with no memory of who she is or anything about her past life. She is taken in by a kind-hearted, blue-collar lodge owner named Paul (played by Rick Malambri) and his charming daughter, Olivia (played by Mary-Charles Jones).
As Sydney struggles to adjust to her new life, Olivia helps her discover the joys of simple living and Paul assists her in uncovering the truth about her past. Along the way, Sydney begins to realize that maybe her old life isn't all that important, and that the true meaning of Christmas is in spending time with loved ones. As she starts to fall for both Paul and Olivia, Sydney finds herself torn between her old life and the new connections she has formed.
