In Extraction, Rake (played by Chris Hemsworth) is a fearless black-market mercenary who is tasked with rescuing the kidnapped son of an international crime lord. The boy, Ovi (played by Rudhraksh Jaiswal), has been taken by a rival drug lord and locked up in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Rake's mission is complicated by the fact that he must navigate the dangerous underworld of Dhaka, where rival gangs and corrupt cops are lurking around every corner. Along the way, he teams up with a young street thief named Farhad (played by Suraj Rikame), who knows the city like the back of his hand.
As Rake and Farhad battle their way through a series of intense and violent encounters, Rake begins to develop a bond with the young boy he is trying to save. However, their path to freedom is hindered by an army of heavily armed enemies determined to stop them at any cost.
The movie is a non-stop action thriller, from start to finish, and features some of the most intense fight scenes and shootouts you will ever see on screen. And while it may not have the most complex storyline, Extraction is a pulse-pounding ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
