Ex - Amici come prima! is an Italian romantic comedy film directed by Carlo Vanzina. It revolves around four different love stories of the main characters - Marco, Antonio, Fabio, and Sandra.
Marco, played by former soccer player Francesco Totti, meets his ex-girlfriend Consuelo, played by Cristina Chiabotto, by chance and starts seeing her without revealing that he has just gotten married. As their relationship reignites, Marco finds himself torn between Consuelo and his new wife.

When Valentina discovers that Fabio is not a psychiatrist, she decides to keep seeing him, leading to some comedic and heartwarming moments between the two.
Finally, divorce lawyer Sandra, played by Nancy Brilli, is romantically attracted to her client's husband Massimo, played by Massimiliano Bruno. As she helps Massimo navigate his divorce, Sandra finds herself falling for him, but struggles with the ethical implications of getting involved with a client's spouse.
