Cindel and Wicket, after escaping the attack on their village, stumble upon a cottagethat belongs to Noa. Noa, a grumpy old man, lives alone with his pet lizard-like creature named "Teek," who has the ability to run at incredible speeds. Noa reluctantly allows the two to stay with him.
Meanwhile, the Marauders, led by the evil King Terak and witch Charal, have captured the remaining Ewoks from the village, including Wicket's family. They plan to sacrifice the Ewoks to the monstrous Gorax, a giant, furry creature that lives in the mountains.
Cindel, Wicket, Noa, and Teek set out to rescue the Ewoks from the clutches of Terak and Charal. Along the way, they encounter a group of friendly creatures known as the "Teekles," who help them on their quest.
During the final showdown, Noa uses his knowledge of technology to create weapons and traps to fight against the Marauders. Cindel, with the help of Charal's magic, learns to summon the power of a mystical crystal that was entrusted to her by her mother before she died.
In the end, Terak is defeated and the Gorax is killed. The Ewoks are saved, and Cindel, Wicket, and Noa form a family-like bond as they prepare to leave Endor on Noa's repaired starship.
