Evil Toons is a horror-comedy movie released in 1992. The four girls, Megan, Tanya, Janie, and Roxanne, are hired to clean an old mansion owned by Gideon Fisk, an eccentric millionaire. As they are cleaning the house, they come across an old book that contains magic incantations. They begin to read the book out loud and accidentally summon a cartoon character named "Ghoulunatics" to life.
Ghoulunatics is a mischievous cartoon character who loves to play pranks. However, he soon reveals his evil intentions as he craves the blood of young girls. The girls are trapped in the mansion with the cartoon character, who is now a real monster. They must find a way to defeat Ghoulunatics before he kills them all.
As they try to find a way to defeat Ghoulunatics they are also being chased by a mysterious man in black, who seems to be after the book. One by one the girls are attacked by the monster until finally, Megan (played by actress Monique Gabrielle) discovers the answer to defeating the cartoon character.
The movie is known for its over-the-top gore effects and use of animation mixed with live-action. It has gained a cult following over the years and is considered a classic in the horror genre.
