The young paramedic, Sarah, is initially unaware of Lilith's presence in her life. However, strange occurrences begin to happen around her, and she starts to experience vivid nightmares. As the attacks escalate, Sarah seeks the help of her boyfriend and a paranormal investigator.
Together they uncover the history of Lilith, who was once Adam's first wife in the Garden of Eden before being cast out for her disobedience. Lilith has since been wreaking havoc on humanity, especially women and children.
Sarah's connection to Lilith becomes clear when she discovers that her ancestry traces back to the demon, making her a target for Lilith's wrath.
The stakes are raised when Lilith possesses Sarah's younger sister, forcing Sarah to confront the demon head-on. In a final showdown, Sarah must fight for her life and the lives of those she loves, using all her courage and strength to defeat the ancient evil.
