The movie Everybody Gets Stabbed is a dark comedy that follows the twisted and convoluted plan of Clive and Desmond to win the love of their respective crushes, Lauren and Clive. Clive's bitter resentment towards Lauren's boyfriend, Tom, only fuels his obsession with winning her over. Clive initially distracts Tom with small acts of mischief, like hiding his keys, but he soon escalates to murder.
Desmond, on the other hand, is hopelessly infatuated with Clive, and aids him in his twisted plan with equal amounts of enthusiasm and naivety. The two prove to be terrible killers, fumbling through their attempts and leaving a trail of clues for the police to follow. As they continue to kill their friends, including a group of hapless teenage girls, they become more reckless and desperate in their attempts to cover their tracks.
Lauren remains oblivious to Clive's advances, and Tom becomes the prime suspect in the case. As the bodies pile up, Clive and Desmond's plan begins to unravel, and they find themselves in a dangerous situation. The film is a commentary on toxic masculinity and the dangers of unhealthy obsession, as well as a satire of slasher movies and their tropes. The movie ends with a grisly and unexpected twist, leaving the audience to ponder the true nature of desire and what drives people to such extremes.
