Jules (played by Emily Bett Rickards) is a woman who has endured years of emotional and mental abuse from her husband, Mark (played by Lochlyn Munro). She finally reaches her breaking point and tries to leave him. But when Mark physically tries to stop her from leaving, a struggle ensues and in the chaos, a fire breaks out, taking Mark's life.
At first, Jules feels a sense of relief. She can finally try to move on with her life and escape the years of trauma that she experienced. However, things take a turn when she starts to see Mark everywhere she goes. At first, it's just small things, like glimpses of him in a crowd or his shadow on the wall. But soon enough, she begins seeing him more and more frequently and having vivid hallucinations of him.
As Jules spirals further into paranoia and fear, she's unsure if what she's seeing is real or just a figment of her traumatized imagination. She starts to question whether Mark is actually dead or if he somehow survived the fire. Her friends and family try to reassure her that he's gone, but Jules can't shake the feeling that he's still out there, tormenting her from beyond the grave.
As Jules becomes increasingly isolated and consumed by her obsession with Mark, she risks losing everything she holds dear.
