Ernest P. Worrell, played by Jim Varney, is a bumbling but well-intentioned soldier who finds himself in the midst of a high-stakes mission against a ruthless dictator. As part of his team, Ernest is tasked with uncovering evidence of the dictator's war crimes and building a case against him.
