Entropy is a psychological thriller written and directed by James Boss. The movie follows Abbey, a young woman who is diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and her girlfriend Miranda as they attend a dinner hosted by Miranda's former self-help group to celebrate the return of their estranged friend, Scott.
