Upon arriving in the Philippines, Cole discovers that Frank and Mary Ann are under threat from a ruthless businessman, Charles Venarius, who wants to take their land to build an oil refinery. Venarius employs a group of hired goons, including his own personal ninja, to intimidate and attack Frank and Mary Ann, but Cole is determined to protect his friends.
With his expert ninja skills, Cole is able to fend off Venarius's attacks and train Frank in the art of ninjutsu. However, Venarius proves to be a formidable adversary and Cole must face him in a deadly confrontation to save Frank and Mary Ann's land.
Along the way, Cole also becomes involved with the beautiful daughter of a local businessman, who becomes both an ally and a love interest.
Enter the Ninja is known for its thrilling action sequences and impressive displays of ninja combat, as well as its iconic depiction of the ninja as a mysterious and deadly warrior. The film was a box office success and helped to launch the ninja craze in popular culture during the 1980s.
