Double Trouble: Love Rebound and Betrayal Tango

Comedy,Drama,Romance  United States of America

Eva (played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is a middle-aged massage therapist who is about to send her daughter, Ellen (played by Tracey Fairaway), off to college. She is feeling lonely and uncertain about her future as a single woman. One day at a party, she meets Marianne (played by Catherine Keener), a poet who seems to have it all together. Eva is immediately drawn to Marianne and soon the two women become fast friends.

Eva also begins a casual relationship with Albert (played by James Gandolfini), a television archivist who shares her love of vintage movies and Michael McDonald music. Eva is initially hesitant to get involved with Albert, but their shared interests and his easygoing nature win her over.

As Eva and Albert's relationship blossoms, Eva also becomes Marianne's massage client. Marianne often complains about her ex-husband, who Eva discovers is none other than Albert. Eva is torn between her growing feelings for Albert and her loyalty to her new friend. She begins to analyze every little thing Albert does to see if it confirms Marianne's criticisms of him.

Meanwhile, Ellen is preparing to leave for college, leaving Eva to face the prospect of an empty nest. She worries that she has not accomplished enough in her life and that she will never find someone to love her as she is.

As Eva navigates these challenges, she learns valuable lessons about honesty, communication, and self-acceptance. Enough Said is a poignant and humorous exploration of love, loss, and second chances.
