The three Federal agents are police officers who are suspended from duty after they use excessive force during a drug bust. They decide to go on a treasure hunt to find the gold that was supposedly hidden by the infamous Confederate guerrilla leader, William Quantrill during the Civil War.
As they search for the gold, they are pursued by a hit woman hired by a drug lord to silence them for interfering with his operations. The hit woman is skilled in martial arts and is determined to eliminate the three agents one by one.
The agents eventually uncover the location of the gold but are faced with a dilemma when they realize that the gold is worth millions of dollars and they must decide whether to turn it over to the corrupt official who suspended them or risk going to jail for keeping it.
The movie is filled with action-packed scenes including shootouts, car chases, and martial arts fights. It also touches on issues of corruption within law enforcement agencies and the lengths people will go to in order to obtain wealth and power.
