As the subway train remains trapped in the tunnel, the cult members begin to methodically hunt down and kill the passengers, causing chaos and terror among the survivors. Karen, along with a few others including a troubled young man named Mike, a pregnant woman named Sarah, and an elderly man named Charlie, must band together to outwit the cult members and try to find a way to escape the deadly situation.
As the group tries to navigate the dark and claustrophobic subway tunnel, they also start to experience bizarre and supernatural occurrences.
