Elektra Luxx is a sequel to the movie Women in Trouble and follows the titular character, played by Carla Gugino, as she navigates a new chapter in her life. Elektra is pregnant and has retired from the porn industry, but finds herself drawn back into the world she left behind when a favor for a woman from her past leads to a series of chaotic events.
