Electra is a science-fiction/action movie that follows the story of a billionaire named Roach who is obsessed with discovering the secret serum that could transform an ordinary human into a superbeing. He hires a team of scientists and researchers to help him in his mission, and they eventually discover the serum in a hidden laboratory.
Roach decides to use the serum on himself, and after a few tests he discovers that he has become incredibly fast, strong and agile. He also gains the ability to control electricity, which he decides to use to further his agenda of becoming unstoppable. However, the transformation comes at a cost, as Roach starts to lose his humanity, becoming more and more detached from the world around him.
In the meantime, a young woman named Electra is also exposed to the serum and finds that it has given her incredible powers. She decides to use these powers to protect people from Roach, who has become a threat to society. With the help of a team of allies, Electra sets out to stop Roach and prevent him from causing any more harm.
As the conflict between Roach and Electra intensifies, it becomes apparent that the serum has some dangerous side effects, and both of them will have to decide if the power they have gained is worth sacrificing their humanity for. The movie ends with a climactic battle between the two superbeings, as they fight for the fate of the world.
